Recruiting Sales and Executive talent
- Identifying and hiring the key traits, characteristics, and behaviors that are required of the salesperson and executive in the modern business environment. Becoming a great recruiter and judge of talent takes time, practical application, and excellent listening, analytical and judgment skills. This program focuses on recognizing the skills and lessons from a candidate's past experiences and projecting those to future success on the job.

Career Planning

In today's world of continuous job movement the leader needs to have great skills at reading people's ability to accept risk in new roles; meet the challenges of developing in place; and rise to the occasion of big promotional opportunities. Time is spent here on retention of key talent and coaching out associates for personal or professional reasons.
