Individual Development Plans
- Gives details for developing your talent pool to the next level. It examines good and bad Career Choices and looks at how leaders and associates alike make common mistakes when considering their career path options.

Building a Vision
- That the troops can rally around is often a leader's biggest challenge. Making a vision clear, repeatable, and removing obstacles to it's implementation are key topics of discussion.

Developing Teams
- Can be a huge challenge in today's workplace with downsizing and the "more the less" mentality. Two approaches can be taken here:

1) High Performing Teams gives a strong team development model with clarity on issues around the Stages of Team development, proper team leader behaviors, team issues, challenges, norms and member roles. Building an operating Team Charter is central to it's success.

2) Team Building Experiences that concentrate on building the teams' operating norms, roles and functions through team building exercises. This Experiential Learning is very powerful in it's outcomes; and challenges the "status quo" of even well established teams.

Situational Self-Leadership
- Takes a look at the associates' ability to ask for the leadership they need in order to get their job done quicker and move toward "peak performance". It concentrates on building individual's skills in four key areas: goal-setting, expressing yourself, proactive problem-solving and taking authority.

Motivation
- Focuses on the high need for leaders to find out what motivates their people - how to draw on that need to improve performance and employee job satisfaction. Discusses well tested and new theories on motivation and expectations within the workplace in light of the enormous changes currently effecting Corporate America.
