Daniel
P. Stiff, the President of LPD inc., is a corporately known
leader, trainer, manager, and negotiator. He has 24 years
of experience in the modern business climate in Selling, Leadership,
Negotiating and Training with clients ranging from Fortune
100 companies to small businesses. |

Mr.
Stiff has developed, conducted, and certified training
programs for managers, experienced sales professionals and college
graduates. He has recruited and lectured on major college campuses
to hire job candidates into top companies.
Mr. Stiff has successfully negotiated contracts in the hardware,
medical, manufacturing, financial, computer, energy, and accounting
industries. In addition, he has extensive working knowledge of teams
as a project leader, volunteer team leader, intact functional team
leader, and participated on various cross-functional teams.
Leadership has been a focus and a passion during his corporate career.
He is certified in several major Leadership training and development
programs including:

Situational Self-Leadership, and High Performing Teams.

While he was with NCR corporation he learned the importance of great
training and the customer's viewpoint. During his tenure as Director
of Training for Black and Decker, the company was named the Top
Industrial Company in its Classification, by Sales and Marketing
Management Magazine.
This rating was a direct result of the strong training program
Mr. Stiff developed for Black and Decker field sales force and
management team. Additionally, he has written Product, Sales, and
Leadership training programs, trained in Singapore and Europe, and
has been honored with the top Sales Performance Award.
Mr. Stiff holds an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing/ Education
from Montana State University. He sat on the Board of Directors
for the Sales and Marketing Trainers Association and is a member
of the Training Executive Advisory Board for the National Account
Management Association.
Additionally, Mr. Stiff actively contributes to his community by
assisting in the Habitat for Humanity renovation of Sandtown-Winchester
community in Southwest Baltimore. Mr. Stiff is involved with Family
Life Parenting Conferences and is active in Leadership Community
at Grace Fellowship Church in Timonium, Maryland. He resides in
Baltimore, MD with his wife and 2 sons.
